Compliance Auditing

We institute multiple levels of Quality Checks to monitor performance and compliance. 

• Remote Audits are conducted to verify complete and accurate documentation as well as identification of customer specific requirements. Information is relayed to the local Area Manager for further investigation should deficiencies be found.


• Field Audits are conducted that inspect the same items as addressed during Remote Audits as well as a complete relocate of the area required on the One Call Ticket to verify the accuracy and completeness of markings that were placed by the locating technician.

Quality control audits verify the quality of the locating technicians’ work. Audits check for timeliness; accurate marking of facilities; good housekeeping of the customer facilities; complete marking of the area described according to the One Call request and complete documentation of the work performed which includes: special instructions and communications between the locator and the contractor.
