OCCLS has been performing underground locating services successfully throughout North America for over 14 years. Our industry leading training program adheres to NULCA standards. We have dedicated trainers on staff who are responsible for the training of our locators. Our highly skilled locators are continually being kept abreast of any technical and procedural improvements to enable them to function safely and efficiently.

Our comprehensive training program sets a high industry standard. The monitoring and reviewing of any damages through our database system and in-field investigations enable us to ensure that corrective measures are implemented immediately. The locators’ paperwork is constantly reviewed for accuracy and completeness.
