At One Call Concepts Locating Services (OCCLS), our mission is to protect the underground facilities of our customers by providing high quality damage prevention services. As a company, we will exceed the quality standards and expectations of our customers. We will accomplish our mission by continuously improving our technical ability and investing in our people.
Since its inception in 1991, OCCLS has provided damage prevention support in a number of geographic areas throughout North America. While our corporate headquarters is located in the Mid-Atlantic region, through our affiliation with One Call Concepts, Inc. (OCC), we have been involved with the damage prevention initiatives in many states for over 20 years. OCC currently operates one call centers in fifteen states and the District of Columbia. OCCLS has expanded its services nationally to include OCC served markets. Our services are geared towards protection of underground utilities, primarily for municipalities, large public and private organizations, and others with facilities management ownership or management responsibilities.
Our professionals include field technicians, supervisors, compliance auditors, and operational and technical utility management specialists. We staff our projects to fulfill the requirements of the contract and exceed our customers’ expectations.
We are a lean organization with strong experience and industry knowledge that enables us to work as an extension of your facility management and infrastructure protection team.
